Autumn Update

As part of our ongoing commitment to self-care for Conscious Leaders, we’re pleased to introduce our upcoming online group coaching programme, ‘The Conscious Leader’, scheduled to run from January to December 2024. The programme is for people committed to cultivating their leadership approach for the benefit of all.

Now more than ever we need wise compassionate leaders who know and care for themselves, who understand the system in which they operate and are capable of building sustainable relationships with others.  

Our group coaching programme is a facilitated space in which learning unfolds as a result of individual and collective attention, inquiry and sharing, alongside likeminded peers.  

We invite expressions of interest and applications until December 7, 2023.

Please note that we have a limited number of bursaries and flexible payment plans available, granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Conscious Leader - Online Group Coaching Programme

We are currently accepting applications to join our groundbreaking ten-step group coaching journey.

  • Under the pressure of the modern world’s demanding and uncertain times, we need wise, compassionate leaders now more than ever.
  • How can the conscious leader learn to navigate their own inner challenges, their relationships and the multiple and complex systems they are a part of?
  • Our ten step Group Coaching Programme aims to answer these questions, and more.

 

Programme Overview

  • Working within and across the three big themes of self, relationship and system, participants of the Conscious Leader programme are invited to engage in and share what most challenges and inspires them.

  • The Conscious Leader is for people committed to cultivating their leadership approach for the benefit of all.

Why Group Coaching?

  • At the ea we emphasise shared humanity whilst honouring the unique experiences of group members. 
  • By engaging with peers in ways that enrich, challenge, and stretch you, you also build the resilience, patience and mutual regard required to create change with others in the world.
  • We are working to ensure that a Level 7 ILM accreditation pathway is available to participants on this programme who wish to obtain it.

Why Group Coaching?

Research findings suggest that organizational interventions are best delivered at a group level rather than individually. To effect real change in any organization, both individuals and groups must have a good understanding of the organization and systemic awareness. Attending sessions with peers can open the individual to awareness of that bigger picture.
