Our LPs involve a mixture of:

  • workshops and self-managed learning activities
  • information, reflection, dialogue and action
  • intellectual, embodied, emotional and holistic ways of knowing.

We cover a wide range of topics, such as:

  • Inclusivity fundamentals (e.g. structural inequality, microaggression,     intersectionality, unconscious bias, allyship / solidarity)
  • A range of identities and lived experiences (e.g. faith, religion & belief; class; disability; race; age; gender; LGBTQ+)

Our participants gain skills and confidence as self-managed learners, taking responsibility for their own development and putting learning into practice.

Clients for whom we have delivered Learning Programmes in the last year include:

Medtronic, Peterborough City Council, Cambridge City Council, Sue Ryder, Southdown Housing Association, East Sussex County Council, Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Trust, Cooper’s School and Skinner’s Kent Academy.

If a more traditional approach to training is what you are after, we can recommend one of our excellent associates to explore the possibility of providing you with a programme
