i-Leadership Programmes

Our i-Leadership Programmes (i-Lead) recognise that true leadership means understanding how to be both inclusive and included – not just in theory, but in day-to-day experiences and practices.

Not just

a Buzz Word

‘How can my knowledge and experience contribute to better outcomes for all?’

People are multi-dimensional. As well as learning to include others, many leaders themselves face structural or inner barriers to realising their potential.

i-Lead starts with including yourself. This helps you recognise who you are and how you relate to others and the wider world. It invites you to recognise your own gifts and the responsibilities that come with them.

Our i-Lead programmes help you to navigate complex diversity, and empower you to build better relationships to address inequity and increase inclusion.

i-Lead programmes help you to navigate your lived identity within the context of the wider system. You will gain greater knowledge of yourself in interactions with people, decision-making, and working with processes, procedures and policies.

i-Lead empowers you to build better relationships to address inequality and increase inclusion.

i-Lead is based upon experiential learning cycles over an extended period of time – typically 6-12 months with 4-6 contact days – culminating in a practical assignment.
